Moberg Minds: Hruday Vairagade

Hi, I’m Hruday! and I’m a Software Engineer at Moberg Analytics. My path here has been fueled by a passion for building fast, robust systems that solve problems with real-world impact. I studied Computer Science at Drexel University, concentrating in Machine Learning and Data Structures & Algorithms, with a minor in Mathematics.

At Moberg, I focus on engineering services that make patient monitoring smarter and faster by designing, building, and optimizing APIs and databases, and developing high-performance C++ clients for medical devices. The problems I work on are technically complex and deeply meaningful, blending my interest in systems engineering with work that directly supports better outcomes in healthcare. What excites me most is knowing that the code I write today has the potential to make a tangible difference in how clinicians and researchers care for patients.

What drew me to Moberg is the opportunity to tackle challenging engineering problems while knowing the solutions have a direct impact on the medical field. The collaborative, mission-driven environment here makes that journey even more rewarding.

Beyond work, I’m a curious tinkerer, and I am very passionate to learn about how systems work. I’m constantly experimenting with new concepts to stay at the forefront of the evolving software landscape. Currently, I’m building a sensor driver for an embedded board. In the past, I’ve competed in and won several hackathons, which gave me the chance to explore new ideas and work efficiently under pressure. Outside of coding, you’ll likely find me running, kickboxing, experimenting in the kitchen, or riding my motorcycle on the weekends.
